Finding the right people

IT-Zynergy ApS' number one priority is finding and keeping good people. People who are motivated, disciplined, have a good track record, have a passion for what they do and who share the same values as IT-Zynergy ApS. This gives IT-Zynergy ApS the foundation for executing disciplined thinking and disciplined action which ensures we deliver our two core products, confidence and success, to our customers. This is our fundamental step in ensuring the high level of quality our customers deserve.

Keeping the right people

To consistently deliver confidence and success to our customer, IT-Zynergy ApS must ensure that the people working within IT-Zynergy ApS stay motivated and are fully engaged in the role they play in delivering services and solutions to the customer. IT-Zynergy ApS' philosophy is guided by Gallup’s Q12. Gallup, after many years of research, developed a list of twelve statements which Gallup feel are the best predictors for employee engagement. We use these statements to guide  the development of the people working within IT-Zynergy ApS and our working practices. Within IT-Zynergy ApS these statement are an integral part of our internal review system and it is our responsibility to ensure that as an absolute minimum every person within IT-Zynergy ApS can agree with these the following statements:

Scrum

IT-Zynergy ApS utilises Scrum as an approach to project management not only for software development projects but also for the majority of internal projects. For us at IT-Zynergy ApS, Scrum creates a dynamic, open and fun place to work and gives us the most visible method to communicating and achieving our goals. It gives IT-Zynergy ApS a fantastic framework for creating and delivering our two core products confidence and success - every time.

To ensure IT-Zynergy ApS is true to Scrum, each Scrum team includes a Scrum Master, certified by the Scrum Alliance

We feel that Scrum is an important tool in our commitment to People Development and the Gallup Q12 and are of the opinion that Scrum contributes to at least 8 of the twelve.

Test Driven Development

IT-Zynergy ApS takes a test driven approach to all development task. This means that before any work starts on a task, the Team creates a list of tests which can be used under development to validate if a task is complete. The tests can also be used by the quality assurance team and even by the customer during acceptance testing. Test Driven Development also ensure the team thinks before doing and has a way to navigate through the development of a task. All this leads to a higher quality product for you.

IT-Zynergy ApS is dedicated to participating in putting an end to suffering both locally and around the world. This is ultimately what drives us, why we get up in the morning and why we strive to be the best at what we do. The more of our two core products, confidence and success, we can deliver to the market, the more we can contribute to putting an end to suffering around the world

Towards this end IT-Zynergy ApS has chosen to make an investment in people through various causes that are we feel are geared to creating value for people in such a way that give them the support and tools to lift themselves up to a higher level. We feel that it is the only type of investment that can be made that will guarantee a positive return in the future.
